AOR Submittal Search

System Requirements: This application requires one of the following operating systems: Windows XP or Windows 7. The Division of Air Resource Management has not tested this application on the Windows Vista operating system. This application also requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later.

Search to see if your electronic Annual Operating Report (AOR) submittal file and signature were received by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

To start a search, enter requested values in the fields provided below.

Important Note for Owners and Authorized Representatives (Applies to AORs for report years 2010 and later): If the AOR is submitted electronically via the web, disk, or email, you can sign the AOR electronically. The AOR is not complete until it is signed. To sign your AOR electronically, first search for your facility and then click the Sign AOR link under the Signature Date column. You will then be redirected to the Login screen. If you do not have a Username and Password, click the link on the Login screen to register an account. If you have not requested a PIN, click the PIN Request Form link after logging in or after registering an account.

Please note: Should there be multiple submissions for a facility for the same year, the department considers the official submision to be the most recently signed submission.

Enter the Facility ID, if known.

To search for a specific submittal day, enter the date in the Beginning Date or Ending Date fields (only one entry is necessary).

To search for a submittal date range, enter the Beginning Date and Ending Date fields (i.e. FROM 2/1/2010 TO 2/15/2010).

To search by the reporting year of your AOR enter a four-digit year in the Year field.
